He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Seeber and Betty Seeber; and his siblings, Danny Seeber and Gloria Siterlet. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Seiber; his children, Dwain Seiber of Harriman and Janet Hawkins (Bobby) of Kingston; his grandsons, Tyler Phillips (Katie) of Mt. Juliet, Brent Seiber of Harriman and Jacob Phillips of Kingston; and his siblings, Harvey Jr. Seeber (Donna) of Toledo, Shirley Yoho of Oliver Springs and Brenda Brandt of Kingston.
