He is survived by: his wife Glenda McCollum (Peace); his children, Shanda Mencsik and Jason McCollum; his siblings, Denise Simms (John), Trish Miller (Jeff) and Eddie Bullock; and his grandchildren, Shylee and Saxon Mencsik. He is also survived by other family members and good friends.
