He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Smith and Violet Kanipes Smith; his siblings, Kenneth, Carl, Gene, Ralph Smith and Viola Jacobs; his sister-in-law Janice Hooks; his mother-in-law Vestie Kelley; and his brother-in-law Doug Sexton.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Smith; his children, Troy Smith (Tonya), Tammy Seiber (Leroy) and Stacey Blalock; his grandchildren, Dylan Seiber (Whitney), Hunter Seiber, Kristin Seiber, Ashton Bunch, Bryce Bunch and Bella Blalock; his great grandchildren, Lily Seiber and Liam Seiber; his siblings, Leola Smith and Cleo Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Kelley (Connie) and Patricia Viars (Julian).
