She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Mack Sr. and Lillian Russell Stubbs; her husband Fred DeVault; her daughter Shirley Kay Henry; her grandson Jeff Lipert; and her siblings, George (Mona), Preacher Kenneth (Betty), Carl (Audrey), Lonnie Mack Jr., Russell and Polly Berry (Harry).
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Derick Lipert, Blaire Lipert and Jennifer Lipert; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Victoria, Taylor, Emily, Ben and Bea; her sister-in-law Dot Stubbs; her nieces, Shelley, Janet and Charlotte; and also Cindy Clapp. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
