She was predeceased by: her husband L. N. Brown, Jr.; her parents, Oscar Silva and Viola Silva; her son Timothy L. Brown; her grandsons, Matthew L. Case and Jason L. Brown; her siblings, Kenneth Silva (Belva), Gene Silva, Zola Hopwood, Edna Sampson (Claude), Yvonne Marshall (J. E.) and Dora Davidson (Kyle); and her siblings-in-law, Maxine Harvey (C. S.), Louella Brown, Mattie Patterson, Margaret Ann Brown Speak, Thaxton Brown (Pauline), Roger Brown (Zola) and Barkstal Brown (Marie).
She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Jerry" Brown (Grace), Rebecca "Becky" Fortner (Kenny) and Mary Kathryn "Kathy" Brown Case; her grandchildren, Lori Williams (Steve), Jennifer Foland, Luke Fortner and Julie Hardy (Gary); and her great grandchildren, Jacob Matthew Williams, Tyson James Williams and Ethan Timothy Foland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Pisgah Print Shop.
