He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Phillips and Christine Phillips (Kennedy); his brothers, Agbert and Charles Phillips; and his grandparents, Fletcher, Bessie Phillips, Harrison and Juanna Kennedy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Glenna Phillips (Roy), Shirley, Phyllis Richards (Jimmy), Billie Madden (Terry), Irvin, Vernal (Linda), Avery, Don (Dena), Eugene (Ruby), Albert, Eddie and Linda Kay Phillips. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members and good friends.
