He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Johnson and Pauline Johnson; and his in-laws, Woodrow and Lorena Miller. He is survived by: his significant other Sherry Johnson; his children, Lori Dameron (Bryan) and Christopher Johnson (Ripley); his grandchildren, Erika Dameron (Casey Reeve), Jacob Dameron, River Johnson and David McClune; his siblings, Frank Johnson (Alma) and Peggy Duncan (Woody); and his siblings-in-law, Lynda Carter and Denny Miller (Kathy).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (206 Roane St, Oliver Springs, TN 37840). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roane Memorial Gardens (1400 N Gateway Ave, Rockwood, TN 37854).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Alzheimer's Tennessee.
