She was predeceased by: her father Forston Duncan. She is survived by: her mother Connie Braden Duncan; her siblings, Shasta Dawn York (Duncan) of Harriman and Byron Jesse Duncan; her daughters, Courtney Danielle Hamby, Miranda Shea Hamby and Shayla Reeann Hamby; and her pet Leo.

In lieu of flowers the family request any donations to be made to Jackson Funeral Home in memory of Conyia Sue Duncan.
