He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Seay and Sylvia Smith Rogers; and his siblings, Carlos Seay, Calvin Seay and Connie Busby.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Previss of Indiana and Jennifer Edmundson of Oliver Springs; his grandchildren, David Edmundson (Tavyne) and Alexis Edmundson; his great grandchild Evan David Edmundson; and his siblings, Cecil Seay, Curtis Seay of Texas, Carolyn Northern of Texas, Cathy Jones of Wartburg, Cindy Vandergriff of Newport, Coleen Fowler of Arkansas and Lifelong (Linda Anderson). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
