He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Riner; his son Anthony Loomis; his parents, Charles P. Riner, Sr. and Hallie Hunter; and his siblings, John Riner, Bill Riner, Elsie Arentz, Wanda Southard, Mary Wolfe and Bonnie Butler.
He is survived by: his sons, Larry Loomis and Kenneth Riner; his sister Ingrid Coddington; his close friend Shirley "Crickett" Cook; and his pet Clark. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
