She is survived by: her husband Charles Nelson; her daughter Lesa McFarland (Randy) of Oak Ridge; her grandchildren, Sam McFarland and Evan McFarland; her brother Garnett Adkisson (Delcy); and her sister-in-law Wanda Adkisson. She is also survived by friend and caregiver, Sherline Coker; along with a host of nieces, nephews.
