Lively of Oliver Springs; her children, Mark Lively (Lisa Lively) of Oliver Springs, Tabatha Phillips (Jamie Gunter) of Oliver Springs and Leah Cardwell (Wess Cardwell) of Oliver Springs; her siblings, Terry Gallaher and Gene Raines; her grandchildren, Bradley Phillips, Marcus Lively, Elijah White, James White, Kyler White, Mason Lively, Dawson Phillips, Ethan Cardwell, Kloi Cardwell, Aydan Cardwell, Sophia Hall, Weston Hall, Amelia Hall and Jaxx Lively; and her extended family, John Hall, Logan Lively and Bailey White.
