We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2023, at the age of 88, Betty Lee Flanagan of Oliver Springs, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Carter and Ollie Carter of Oliver Springs; her siblings, Luther, William, Earnest of Raymond, N. E., Albert, Tommy, Ella Mae Hughes, Josephine Morgan, Rachel Carter and Marlene Braden; her husband Lt. C. Eugene T. Flanagan; her sons, Clayton Seeber and Mark Seeber; and her children-in-law, Ivan Parks and Gail Seeber.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Parks and Matt Seeber (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Michael Parks (Amanda), Daniel Parks (Tonya), Desiree Black (Darren), Jordan Seeber (Amanda), Joel Seeber, Amanda Simmons and John Seeber; her great grandchildren, Noah, Abram, Zekiel, Shiloh, Daniel Jr., Waylon Parks, Aubrey, Dalton Black, Kahlan, Anber, Lily, Sophia and Ryleigh Seeber; and her close friend Mildred Lively. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and cousins and many friends.
