With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jane Lowe of Oliver Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on December 2, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herman "Barney" Lowe; and her parents, George Bowling and Minnie Bowling. She is survived by: her daughters, Myrtle Lowe and Robin Hamby (Mike); her grandchildren, Melanie Jane Randolph, Lynn Randolph, Dean, Kevin Randolph, Andrea, Jessica Nelson (Jason) and Travis Hamby; her siblings-in-law, Ralph Lowe and Maryann Sylvia; and her caregiver Cissy Lough Nageotte. She is also survived by many other friends, nieces, nephews.
