She was predeceased by: her son Michael Jay Siske (Sherri); her husband Charles Fowler; her parents, Tollie Phipps and Nellie Phipps; and her siblings, Vernon, Paul, Ralph, Billy Phipps and Gloria Dorris.
She is survived by: her children, Nelda Atchley (Danny), Terry Siske (Janelle) and Tracy Siske, Sr. (Tanya); the father of her children John "Jay" Siske; and her sisters, Glenna Foster and Eva Scott. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
