In the vast expanse of eternity, Katie shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Katie farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth Virginia Kabak Burkhardt; her husband Jeremiah Ryan; her father James "Jim" Burkhardt; and her pet Liffey. She is survived by: her children, Elieen Ryan (Doug Brantley), Kathleen Ryan, Kenan Ryan (Rebecca) and Maureen "Moe" Ryan; her granddaughter Brooke Fielder; and her siblings, Mary Beth Dillon (Terrence), Eileen Kaplan and Jim Burkhardt (Geraldine).
A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church (300 S Tarver Ave, Lebanon, TN 37087).
