He is survived by: his mother Penny Dillard (Foutch); his daughter Khloe Dillard; his father Ricky Lynn Dillard; his sister Chasity Bryson (John); and his uncle Kevin Foutch (Debbie).

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home (535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Tulip Grove Chapel at the Funeral Home (563 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138).
