He is survived by: his wife Peggy J. Cotham; his children, Brittany Durbin (Mark), Presley Cotham, Gary Fry, Chad Fry (Melanie) and Christopher Fry (Annie); his grandchildren, Paisley Durbin, Jaden Durbin, Connor Fry and Chase Fry; and his siblings, Brenda Layne (Tony) and John Cotham, Jr. (Betty). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
