She is survived by: her husband Don Henderson; her son Barry Henderson (Michelle); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Henderson, Andrew Henderson and Jeremy Gilchrist; her great grandchild Kolby; and her sisters, Carolyn Boyce (Bill) and Francis Hoefar (Delbert).

Memorial contributions may be made to Hermitage United Methodist Church in Jackie's honor.
