She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Mae Harrington and Erie Paul Perry; her husband John "Doc" Underwood; and her children, Donald Wayne Glasgow and Teresa Lynn Glasgow.

She is survived by: her granddaughters, Chyna Glasgow (Blake Wright), Cailin Glasgow and Allie Brownlee (Sean); her sister Barbara Perry; her great grandchildren, Giana, Clayton, Beau and Will; and her friends, Bob and Vicki Smith.
