He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank McWhirter and Pauline McWhirter; his father-in-law Rev. Eugene Campbell; his sisters, Brenda Woodard and Ann Flanagan; and his niece Emily Campbell.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda McWhirter; his mother-in-law Joyce Campbell; his nieces and nephews, Lindsey Zoeller, Tiffany Barfield (Kyle), Tyler Campbell, Luke Campbell, Jordan Clemons, Jayden Clemons, Shawn Campbell, Sierra Greggs, Tammy Lee Masters, Dana Allred-Schumaker and Casey Comolli; his cousins, Charlotte Thompson and Carolyn Troutt; and his extended family, Deborah Woodard, Hillary Denton and Layla Denton. He is also survived by his brothers/sisters-in-law.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hermitage Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
