It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Smith of Old Hickory, Tennessee, born in Hartsville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Montgomery and Bessie Montgomery. She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Dawn Walker (Donald) and Kelly Denise Herndon (Ken); her grandson Tyler Herndon (Ryan Herndon); and her siblings, David Lewis Montgomery, Charlie Montgomery, Neal Montgomery, Grady Montgomery, Mabel Stephens, Betty Ricketts and Shelia Edwards. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
