He was predeceased by: his brothers, Malcolm Crowell and Billy Bartlett. He is survived by: his wife Jean Meeks Crowell; his daughters, Regina France and Krisit Crowell; his grandsons, Joshua France (Jill) and Jacob France (Autumn); his great grandchild Audrey France; and his brother Donald Crowell.

A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens (Lakewood, TN 37138).
