He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Shelton and Emily Shelton; his former wife Avriel Martin Shelton; and his sister Louise Jump. He is survived by: his wife Sue Nancy Hines Shelton; his children, Robert Bruce Shelton (Dawn) and Jo-Ann Moore; his grandchildren, Lamar Spann, Jason Spann and Belinda O'Neal; and his sister Doris Jean Martin (Richard). He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
