She is survived by: her sons, Alvin Worthey, Avery (Rita Worthey) and Max (Dorothy Worthey); her grandchildren, Crystal (Matthew Pritts), Lora (Ross Miller) and Dana (Phillip Trentham); her great grandchildren, Kaylee Clark, Lily Miller, Levi Trentham and Kyren Trentham; and her sister Cynthia Forgey of Greece. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
