She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Neely and Stella Neely; her husband Herman Goins; her daughter Trisha Collins; her grandson Jason Wright; and her siblings, Hazel Bancroft, Henry Neely and Junior Neely.
She is survived by: her son Michael Goins; her grandchildren, Amber Kennedy (Zack), Shannon Collins, Cody Goins (Brittany), Timmy Goins and Todd Collins; and her sister Joyce Steele (Jerry). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the JIM Rush Funeral and Cremation Services - Wildwood (220 Wildwood Ave, Cleveland, TN 37311). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel.
