She was predeceased by: her former husband Dwain McCollum; her son David Allen "Al" McCollum; her parents, Polly Booth and Grover Taylor; and her siblings, David Taylor and Dorothea Ritchie.

She is survived by: her husband Freeman Curbow of Ocoee; her children, Mike Curbow (Tina), Tiffany Brock (Mark) and LeeAnn Ledford (Tommy); and her grandchildren, Michael Curbow (Tiffany), Kayla Braswell (Bradley), Jessica Latham, Nathaniel Reagan (Mikayla), Taylor Ledford and Tommy Ledford.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Bradley County Fire and Rescue in honor of Nancy McCollum Curbow and Lt Al McCollum.
