He is survived by: his wife Carissa Trew Ballew; his sons, Brayden and Judah Ballew; his parents, Gary Ballew and Karen Ballew of Chatsworth; his siblings, Valerie Sisson (Jonathan) of Chatsworth and Cameron Ballew (Dana) of Cleveland; his grandparents, Peggy Ballew of Chatsworth, Hollice and Hazel West of Resaca; his parents-in-law, Bill Trew (Jeannie) of Ocoee and Judy Martinez (Fernando) of Chattanooga; and his siblings-in-law, Zachary Trew (Cigi) of Ocoee and Emily Maynard (Jordan) of Old Fort. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
