He is survived by: his wife Martha "Sue" Howard Campbell; his children, Karen Campbell Sherlin and Kimsey Campbell (Teresa); his grandchildren, Amy Starnes (Casey), Abby Birdwell (Josh), Ali Mosley (Blake) and Kevin Campbell; his great grandchildren, Blake Carter, Dylan Birdwell, Zach Birdwell, Sadie Starnes, Shelby Birdwell, Reagan Mosley and Peyton Campbell; and his siblings, Donna Gullege and Johnny Campbell.
