She was predeceased by: her husband James Evans (Ed); her parents, Mart Davis and Essie Gurley Davis; and her brother Paul Davis. She is survived by: her children, Sharon Laycock (Mike) and Alan Evans; her grandchildren, Rebecca St (Ryan), John, Brad Atkins, Kayla Bradford and Martin Evans; and her great grandchildren, Anamarie and Tobias.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Shiloh Baptist Church (358 US-64, Ocoee, TN 37361). A memorial service was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask donations be given to the Activity Department at NHC Athens, 1204 Frye St., Athens, TN 37303.
