He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Leslie and Mable Leslie; his former wife Sherri Leslie; and his granddaughter Sherri Ann Leslie. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Freddy Leslie (Jessica), Amy Foran (Allen), Kay Stinnett (Anthony Cartwright) and Jody Lemons (Billy); his great grandchild Lily May Leslie; his sisters, Kathy Pruitt (Ronnie) of Nashville, Jan Biggs of Nashville and Robin Allen of Nashville; his nieces, Hope Pruitt and Linda Biggs of Nashville; and his close friends, Gene, Joyce Pack, Wynter, Elijah Phillips and Jean Post. He is also survived by his friends, especially his grandchildren and his great-granddaughter.
