She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Harnish and Mearl Harnish. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Hoffman (Kim), David Hoffman (Tracy), Barbara Murphy and Todd; and her grandchildren, Ben, Morgan, Tasha, Samantha and Daniel. She is also survived by children, fiercely loving her own children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
