She was predeceased by: her husband Virgil Ash; her sons, Stevie Ray Ash and Wayne Millard Mullins; her father Millard Mullins; and her siblings, Robert Swafford, James Swafford, Edwin Swafford, Charles Swafford and Fannie Swafford Rymer.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Mary Elizabeth Corbin Mullins of Cumming, GA; her grandchild Mark Mullins, Sr.; her wife Bernice of Cumming; her siblings, Edgar Swafford (Lorene) of McDonald, Eleanor Leatherwood (Roy) of Chattanooga and Mary Watson Austin of Cleveland; and also, Mitchell Mullins of Gainesville, GA, Stacey Martin of Cumming, Kimberly Mullins of Cumming, Tammy Mullins of Cumming, Neil Mullins (Laura Davis) of Cumming, Shane Mullins (Ashley) of Austell, GA and Shauna Mullins of Cumming. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren; 14 great great grandchildren.
