He is survived by: his parent Irene Fowler; his sons-in-law, Wes Brooking and Vern Sutton; his wife Joyce Fowler; his children, Dale Cross (Shelly), Rhonda Shields (Garry) and Pam Brooking; and his sister Wilma Rymer (Hoyt). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren his brother.
