He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Hooper and Lula Hooper (Bennett); and his wife Charlotte Holloway Hooper. He is survived by: his children, Stanley Dale Hooper (Kim) of McKenzie and Susan; and his sister Elizabeth Jackson (late Joe Jackson) of Newbern. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
