She is survived by: her children, Jerry Robert "Butch" Smyth (Reba) of Atkins, AR, Teresa Gail Brown (Jeff) of Kenton, Suzie Stover (Glenn) of Obion and Debbie Maddox (David) of Union City; and her siblings, Kay Faulkner of Trimble and Ray Hood of Elizabethtown, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren.
