He is survived by: his children, Rodney Underwood (Debbie) of Obion and Cindy Brock (Rick) of Obion; his siblings, Houston Underwood of Newbern and Lurlen Luttrell of Gibson, TN; his stepdaughter-in-law Regina Bargery of Ridgely; his stepdaughters, Shari Lassiter (Ken) of Jackson and Laurie Bargery Myers of Ridgely; his wife Billie Frances Underwood; his son Keith Underwood; and his stepson Willard Bargery. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
