He was predeceased by: his father Willard "Bubba" Keeling. He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Keeling Harling of Obion, Tennessee; his daughter Jana Renee Harling (Zack Parker) of Obion, Tennessee; his siblings, Ray Keeling of Fulton, Kentucky, Valerie Bevis (Bruce) of Newbern, Tracie Keeling of Fulton and Mary Simrell (Preston) of Obion; and his grandchildren, Hayleigh Parker, Braden Parker, Jayden Parker and Emileigh Parker.
