She is survived by: her parents, Gary Wayne Church, Sr. and Sandra Willcutt Daily; her children, Gavin Lee Simmons of Obion, Hunter Gage Simmons of Obion, Raylen Alyse Bryant of Troy and Brooklyn Jade Bryant of Troy; her brother Gary Wayne Church, Jr. (Ravenlynn) of Hornbeak; and her stepfather Chuck Dailey of Troy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
