He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lawson Cofer Burnette; his wife Brenda Cofer; his children, Angie Watson (Jason), Amy Yopp (Josh), Brian Cofer and Adam Cofer (Shelby); his siblings, Johnnie Marie Merriman, Teresa Busby and Melvin Cofer; and his grandchildren, Abby Yopp, Cayla Watson, Eli Yopp, Colton Watson, Aiden Cofer and Noah Watson.
