We are sad to announce that on June 9, 2020, at the age of 80, Roy Hughes of Oakland, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Roy Hughes and Eva Gertrude Johnson Hughes; and his siblings, Bonnie McKnatt, Sis Clemons and Glynn Hughes.
He is survived by: his children, Shelia Hughes Collins of Oakland, TN and Michael Hughes (Karen) of Collierville, TN; his sister Phyllis Gross of Tipton County, TN; his grandchildren, Brittany Carpenter, Blake Boyles, Hunter Hughes and Taylor Gairhan; and his great grandchildren, Jake Brant and Aubree Carpenter.
