He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walker and Mary Wright Walker; and his siblings, Anna Wiseman, Gary Walker and Clint Alan Walker.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Walker; his son Ronald Edward Walker II; and his siblings, Jonie Edwards, Aubrey "Bullet" Walker (Deborah) and Terry Walker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
