He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moore and Leola Lokey Moore; his sons, Kenneth Jeffrey Moore and John David Moore; and his siblings, Linda Field, Carolyn Sowell, Jimmy Moore and Richard Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Roberts Moore; his son Philip Lee Moore, Jr. (Ronnie); his stepchildren, Heather Sorrell (Jason) and Allyn King; his grandsons, Sean Moore and Dalton Moore; and his stepgrandchildren, Caroline Sorrell, Caleb Sorrell, Chloe Sorrell, Cade Sorrell, Anna King and Lauren King.
