He is survived by: his wife Kelly Elston of Oakland, TN; his children, Corey Michael Goforth (Kimberly) of Oakland, TN, Hadin Johnson of Oakland, TN and Ariel Goforth of Memphis, TN; his siblings, Loretta "Sissy" Trejo (Fransisco) of Cordova, TN, Robert Goforth (Regina) of Millington, TN and Mark Goforth of Millington, TN; his grandchildren, Kinley Goforth of Oakland, TN and Cohen Michael Goforth; his godchildren, Rebecca Sater, Chelsea Hutcherson and Andrew Hutcherson; and his pet Bella.
