He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Fannie Jenkins Williams; his brothers, Tommy Williams and Clifton Williams; and his granddaughter Charlotte Elizabeth Ehrhardt.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Huffman Williams; his daughter LeeAnn Smith (Mark) of Fayetteville, TN; his brothers, Danny Williams (Darlene) of El Dorado, AR and Mike Williams (Mary) of Bartlett; and his grandchildren, Joseph Smith, Marlee Smith and Mattie Smith.
