She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia Elizabeth Graham Wade. She is survived by: her father Jeff Balonek of Fairfield, PA; her son Gavin Burke of Oakland, TN; her grandparents, Harrison and Virginia Graham of Oakland, TN; and her half-brother David Balonek. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
