He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Allen Rush and Janie Laverne Caviness Rush. He is survived by: his wife Misi Rush of Oakland, TN; his sons, Tony Rush (Angela) of Como, MS and James Rush (Mandy) of Oakland, TN; his brothers, Ronnie Rush (Rhonda) of Eads, TN, Jerry Rush of Memphis, TN, Tommy Rush of Bartlett, TN and Billy Rush (Christina) of Atoka, TN; and his grandchildren, Matthew Rush, Rosaleigh Rush, Casey Hisaw and Brandon Hisaw.
