It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Annette Dugger of Oakland, Tennessee, born in Alamo, Tennessee, who passed away on September 10, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Eugene Nanney and Clara Frances Hampton Nanney; and her brothers, Travis Nanney, Larry Nanney and Infant Nanney.
She is survived by: her husband Horace Dugger; her daughter Melanie Crowell (Joe); and her grandchildren, Adam Joseph Crowell and Grace Emerson Crowell.
