He is survived by: his mother Martha Sue Scott Bailey of Oakland, TN; his children, Amanda Lynn Bailey of Nesbit, MS, Leland Matthew Bailey (Katie) of Oakland, TN and Ethan Andrew Bailey of Oakland, TN; his sister Nancy Ann Moffitt of Heber Springs, AR; and his grandchildren, Sunni Shyan Caldwell, Leathan Lee Caldwell and Amelia Kate Bailey.
