He was predeceased by: his parents, James Elkin Baskin and Ruby Inez Wilson Baskin; and his siblings, Linda Harriott and Michael Baskin. He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Baskin of Oakland, TN; his children, Bridget Graham (Ambrose) of Sugar Land, TX and Brian Baskin (Denise) of Dickson, TN; his stepchildren, Kristie M. Holmes of Oak Grove, KY and James S. Holmes of Collierville, TN; his siblings, Peggy Orman (Joe) of Bartlett, TN, Larry Baskin (Carolyn) of Memphis, TN and Tommy Baskin (Cheryl) of Bartlett, TN; and his grandchildren, Lindsey Smith, Zach Moore, Robert Moore, Chelsee Heath, Hunter Baskin, Abigaile Holmes and Addison Holmes. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
